Hm…

If it’s your day off (work sent last night before crawling into bed) and you have no appointment. You’re sleeping in, the sun is shining. You’re snuggling to the comfort under your blanket. Then you hear….Metalwork’s music.

What would happen? What would you do?

Lay still, trying to figure where the music come from?

Keep on sleeping, hmmmm nice music, how comfy!

Dream about picking a ringtone on your cellphone?

Dream about Bastok?

Or dream about playing FFXI?

Well, I think I did at least 2 of the above, realizing about 10 secs later that it was my dad calling on cellphone. XD

It’s one disadvantage of using the music you like as a ringtone, eh?

I used to keep on sleeping (longer than today) while listening to my cellphone’s ringtone too. It happened in my brother’s car. He was driving back from a beach trip. Leonidus was sitting in the navigator’s seat and I was lying in the back seat, sick as a dog. Well, it was the woman’s thing, so wasn’t a biggie, but I just had no energy or willpower to get up or do anything at all. So, while I was sleeping in the backseat, my mother called from home. It was Selbina’s song! Hmmm, comfy!

And I would never have picked the phone up if it wasn’t Leonidus who called out with all his might to wake me up and make it clear to me that my cellphone was ringing.

When I was done talking, I was surprised to see I had 1 missed call from mom already. So I mentioned it, and Leonidus said it’s just normal, he’d been listening to it, trying to figure out where the music came from for quite a long time before he realized and tried to wake me up. He himself was surprised I didn’t wake up faster.

LOL! But can’t blame me, I wasn’t well!

The other time was my brother’s call. I set Jeuno’s theme as his ringtone. And the day he called, I was dreaming about paying respect to Thai national anthem. So….when our national anthem was supposed to be heard in my dream, I heard Jeuno’s song instead. It felt weird…. Super weird. So I woke up in just a few moment and got my phone just in time before he hung up.

If I continue to get dazed on my ringtones like that when I’m awake, maybe I’ll consider changing ringtones. Hahaha!
